Shipping Policy and Guidelines

In order to offer the best possible prices to our customers, many of our items come direct from manufacturers in other countries. Because we order straight from the manufacturer, multiple items might ship separately, and may have multiple tracking numbers and delivery times. We try to minimize this as much as possible.

Depending on the items origin and destination - shipping times vary. Packages usually arrive within 14 days, but may take 20+ days in rare cases. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. 

Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times:
